As part of Council's new "12 Days of Christmas" program, enjoy a unique dining experience under the stars in Buss Park.


You will be greeted by our wait staff who will escort you through to your very own perfectly decorated bauble, where you will immerse yourself in the spirit of the festive season whilst enjoying the sounds of Christmas. 

From 2 December to 6 December: Sittings 5.30pm-7pm or 7.30pm-9pm.
From 9 December to 13 December: Sittings 5.30pm-7pm or 7.30pm-9pm.

Tickets: $75 per person (drinks additional) - baubles must be booked for 4-persons ($300), 6-persons ($450) or 8-persons ($600). 

Price includes three courses specially designed for this event, complimented by fine wines, champagne, selected beers and softdrink - all drinks sold by the bottle. Drinks are not available for purchase at the event. Drinks must be pre-ordered when purchasing tickets. No BYO permitted. See drink options below under menu items. 

Entree and dessert are set menu items. Main meal choice will need to be selected for each participant at the time of booking. 

Entree: Bert's Restaurant prawn and avocado summer salad

Main Meal Choices - you will need to enter your choice of main meal when booking (including sauce option for steak meal if desired): 

* Sabrosa Steakhouse eye fillet steak (cooked medium) served on seasonable vegetables with your choice of mushroom or diane sauce 
* H20 honey roasted pork belly served on kim chi, smoked chilli dust and peanut puree 
* H20 vegetable stack medley of fragrantly spiced eggplant, red capsicum, mint, cucumber, red onion and macadamia nuts on coconut rice (v, veg) 

Dessert: Cha Cha Chocolate collection of Christmas treats including mini rum puddings, chocolate fruit creams, salted caramels and more
