Australia’s favourite bass-baritone Teddy Tahu Rhodes and one of the country’s most popular pianists Guy Noble perform an exciting new concert of greatly loved opera arias and show tunes.

Public health notice: The Queensland Government requires all patrons of theatres, cinemas and live music venues to be vaccinated from 17 December 2021. Any unvaccinated patrons who book tickets after these restrictions were put in place and are subsequently denied access to the venue will not be eligible to receive a refund. Refunds will be made available to patrons who booked prior to the announcement of these restrictions.

The program includes Largo al factotum from The Barber of Seville, The Toreador Song from Carmen, Some Enchanted Evening, If I Were A Rich Man, Oh What a Beautiful Mornin’, Gilbert and Sullivan and more. 

Teddy Tahu Rhodes has sung with the world’s leading opera companies including The Metropolitan Opera in New York and Opera Australia, and performed many of the greatest roles including Escamillo (The Toreador) in Bizet’s Carmen, Scarpia in Puccini’s Tosca, and the title role in Mozart’s Don Giovanni.
An ARIA and Helpmann award winning artist, Teddy has also won legions of fans for his starring roles in the smash hit Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals South Pacific and The King and I. 

Guy Noble, renowned for his wit and engaging manner with audiences, is a sought after conductor and soloist, and has worked with all of Australia’s finest orchestras, and many of the world’s leading artists including Harry Connick Jr., Michael Bolton, Olivia Newton John, The Beach Boys, soprano Sumi Jo, and many others. 

Their remarkable talent and on-stage chemistry combine to make this one of the most entertaining concerts of the year.
