Vanessa Quai and Melissa Buchholz are two highly respected musicians who have forged individual careers and now come together ‘across the Pacific’ to create an inspirational show.
Vanessa recorded her first album at the age of 9 and has gone on to record over ten albums, including her latest EP release ‘Alive’. The show features songs from throughout her expansive career and combines the talents of pianist, Melissa, to create a new take on these songs. The styles featured include contemporary pop, gospel and reggae. Vanessa has been given the title of a ‘living cultural icon’ in her home country of Vanuatu and her music is uplifting and provides positive messages. Melissa has worked as a pianist both in Australia and internationally and she combines with Vanessa to bring audiences the unique vibes of the South Pacific.
