Join Mouse on a daring adventure through the deep, dark wood in this magical, musical adapation of the classic picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.
Searching for hazelnuts, Mouse meets the cunning Fox, the eccentric old Owl and the party mad Snake. Will the story of the terrifying Gruffalo save Mouse from ending up as dinner for these hungry woodland creatures? After all, there's no such thing as a Gruffalo - is there?
Suitable for ages 3+. Families are encouraged to review warnings, in order to assess appropriateness of content.
Content Warnings
- At some moments the lighting on stage will be dimmed and the stage will be a little darker, like when the Gruffalo appears but it only lasts for a little while.
- During the show the mouse asks the audience to join in with some loud roars to scare away the fox. Everyone in the audience might roar very loudly, but it only lasts for a little while. You can cover your ears is it’s too loud.
- During the show, there are also some loud Gruffalo roars. It only lasts for a little while and you can cover your ears if it’s too loud.
