Bundaberg Regional Council run Major and Community Events throughout the calendar year. Our Events Unit strive to make those events as enticing as possible to the community and as such partner with stallholders to make this happen.
Each event is made of a variety of stall types that complement the relevant theme of the festival.
If you are a food or market stall vendor and interested in attending one of the following events, then download the relevant Expression of Interest form when applications are open.

Any stallholder attending a council event will be required to provide:
- a copy of their current Public Liability Insurance policy
- a copy of relevant food permit/s from Bundaberg Regional Council
- a diagram of food stall drawn to scale
- a signed Expression of Interest Form accepting the terms and conditions for the event
- a photo of your stall set up.
Please note, stall and electricity fees may apply (subject to event).
Supply your services to Council events. We capture details on our Local Service Providers database and it is beneficial that your business is registered. It provides our Events team quick access to local products and suppliers and allows us to share these details with other event organisers.
