Do you make the BEST strawberry jam in the Bundaberg Region? Prove it! 

There are two categories:

• Traditional Strawberry Jam
• Strawberry with a Twist

Both categories must be made with 75% local ingredients (exhibitors must provide evidence). The traditional strawberry jam must be strawberry only. The strawberry with a twist must encorporate strawberry and a component of the contestants choosing.

Entries Open: 23 June 2022

Entries Close: 15 July 2022

Number of Entries: One per category

Collection of Jar Packs: 18, 19, 20 July between 2pm-4pm from Events Office in Bundaberg CBD.

Delivery of Entries: Contestants are to deliver their entries to the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct on 3 and 4 August between 8.30am and 11.30am OR between 2.30pm and 5.00pm.

Judging: Friday 5 August 2022, 10am to 12pm, at the Pavilion, Bundaberg Recreational Precinct.

Winners Announced: Saturday 6 August 2022, 9:15am to 9:30am, on the cooking stage. Winner of the Traditional Strawberry Jam category will be used in a cooking demonstration by Kirsten Tibballs.

Prizes: There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize for each category. 1st prize - $150, 2nd prize - $100, 3rd prize - $75
